EnBio's primary revenue source is through the licensing of its technology to OEMs and coating service providers in applications where CoBlast delivers significant competitive advantage and/or technical performance within the licensee's target market. Optimum process parameters combined with both equipment and consumables requirements, are identified and delivered for specific client applications through a three-way collaborative process involving licensees, partners and EnBio.

EnBio offers a rapid response substrate coupon coating service aimed at validating the performance potential of our surfaces for prospective client applications. Coated coupons may either be returned back to the client for further coating and/or analysis or may be characterised by EnBio. Internal evaluations include tensile bond, fatigue, XED, XPS, EDX, SEM and emissivity measurements. Independent TEM analysis work is also available.
