EnBIO Bussiness Model

Surface Customization and Consultancy:

EnBIO offers coating and surface modification design and development capabilities to custom engineer a solution to specific requirements. CoBlast™ allows your engineers to pick and choose materials based on their properties and subsequently add them to an implant surface to exhibit the desired surface characteristics. Think of EnBIO as your in-house surface modification experts. EnBIO can support your organization from proof-of-principle and product concept through pilot production and regulatory submission to scale-up and roll-out. Our CoBlast™ technology and these value added services aid our customers in moving their products to market more quickly.

Capital Equipment Supply:

EnBIO supplies a fully functional, self contained CoBlast™ robotic deposition system. This may be a 2 axis, a lathe or a 6 axis system depending on the curvatures of your products. The system can be integrated into your manufacturing line.

EnBIO

CoBlast™ Process:

The CoBlast™ process is the core of EnBIO's surface modification solution. Once your custom surface has been developed and the equipment made available EnBIO will work with you to ensure that the CoBlast™ process is running smoothly in your manufacturing environment. All EnBIO's equipment is CE compliant, and compatible with LEAN manufacturing concepts.

Media Supply:

EnBIO's ability to apply antimicrobial and antibiotic surfaces to implants requires a combination of EnBIO's proprietary CoBlast™ process and the appropriate custom designed media carrier/dopant for the surface. EnBIO will work with you to optimise the media to meet your surface requirements, and will subsequently supply you the media in production volumes.
